Roles and Responsibilities
• Having a Go Getter Mindset
• Good communication participation skills
• Acquire new sales lead
• Research on industry analysis
• Performing Cold calls to generate sales
• Updating Customer Relationship Management all times
• Always visiting SWOT analysis
• Gather sound product knowledge
• Good understanding on industry market
• To develop good presentation skills & creating product slides
• To be always remain competitive in the industry market
• Maintain good customer experience & ensuring good services are renders timely
• Follow-up calls & visit potential customer based on sales funnels
• Active participation in roadshows & social media platforms
• Attending events to gather potential customers
• Maintain records on product license expiry
• To attend sales training for self-development
• To handle incoming inquiries, ensure the leads are followed closely
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Have experience or deep interest in Sales/Telesales
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of IT industry and solutions - hardware, software and services is an added advantage
