Connect your PBX/SIP Service to Microsoft Team using Anynode
Although we are fan of open source telephony solutions (specially Asterisk), we should not ignore a huge market which actively growing and demanding for new services. Office 365 become the perfect choice for many SME and Enterprise companies. In 2019 Microsoft claim that the grow rate of commercial subscribers is 27% compare to previous year. This means Office 365 users now make up over half of the 81% of total organizations who have made the shift to cloud services.
As a trusted cloud service provider, Microsoft introduced Direct Routing and Phone system to Office 365 users back in June 2018. Direct Routing allows customers with users in the Microsoft cloud to continue using third-party systems such as PBXs, call centers, and Analog Telephony Adaptors (ATA), helping preserve key investments. It also enables users to select their telephony service provider.
A certified SBC (Session Border Controller) is required in order to communicate with Microsoft Direct Routing. Toshi, as leading distributor of digital communication solutions, brought Anynode to Malaysia market enabling our partners to reach Microsoft Team subscribers.
