From Analog Phones to AI: The Technology and Management Behind Modern Communication

The session will explore how communication has evolved from traditional analog telephony to VoIP, SIP, cloud communications and today’s AI-enabled voice platforms.

Beyond the technology itself, we will also look at current industry trends, real-world applications, career opportunities and the skills becoming increasingly relevant as telecommunications, cloud, software and AI continue to converge.

The session will be interactive, with practical examples and live demonstrations.
